Free Flowing Paintings to Empty the Mind

A 3 piece collection taking place during the first 3 months of Coronavirus Quarantine. They are a collection of thoughts, feelings, things… all from my head without interruption. Each piece is 2x4 ft, ink and acrylic on stretched canvas. Custom canvas prints are for sale upon request.

My emotional state felt like a roller coaster, highs and lows abound. During this time I was detoxing from sugar and carbs so I had lots of energy. I was jittery. My mindset was direct. I knew this series would be a marathon, a slow-burn of commitment to the endless doodles in my head.

I wanted to push the limits of my composition and overwhelm myself with the details of the doodles. Each piece took it a step further then its predecessor. There are endless possibilities in each piece.
